CRAB SOUP:
½ cup chopped green onion
½ cup butter
2 (10 ¾ ounce cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted)
3 to 4 soup cans of milk
4 cups half and half
1 pound crab meat
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sauté onions in butter in large heavy saucepan until tender. Add soup, milk, half and half, and crab meat; mixing well. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. (8 Servings)
